Who We Are
We are Jo & Natalie [hence the name, Jolie!]. We are both working mothers, with 8 young kids between us, [including 3 sets of twins!] and over 30 years of Recruitment and Communications experience combined. Having survived 2020, like many others, we realised the importance of getting the right help at home and we know how hard it can be to find the right help. We have both employed help within our homes and have a clear understanding of what is required to aid a happy home life! When having to juggle home schooling, careers, new-born babies and cleaning the house, it emphasized the need for flexible help that we could depend on to give our children the attention they need and enable us to enjoy quality time as a family.

About My Jolie Place
At My Jolie Place, we are passionate about helping to relieve the pressures on modern family life and finding that special someone to support you! We offer an introductory service, matching high calibre Nannies, Housekeepers, Nanny Housekeepers, Housekeeper Cooks, Household Managers and Maternity Nurses to families, either on a permanent or temporary basis and both live in or live out. What differentiates us is the quality of our candidates and our personal approach to gaining a thorough understanding of our client's specific needs.
All candidates that work with us have been through a detailed screening process including:

- Personally taking at least 2 references from previous employers
- Checking VISAs/ right to work documents
- Checking training certificates (first aid, teaching, childcare certifications etc)
- Interviewing every candidate assessing their communication and interpersonal skills
- Sending candidates to paediatric First Aid courses when required or requested from clients
We will spend time understanding your family dynamics, the daily pressures you currently face and the best type of candidates who can help you.
